Main Event Space

Full-height ceilings, skylights and double barn-doors. Full layout flexibility for ceremonies, conferences, screenings, dinners and celebrations — configurable for standing receptions or seated dining.

The Loft

Intimate and elevated — ideal for a ceremony, drinks reception, workshop or private dining experience. Tucked above the main floor, it feels like your own private room.

The Bar

A luxuriously appointed lounge with plush furnishings, subdued lighting and expert mixologists — perfect for receptions, networking, or guests who want to escape the dance floor.

How much does
the venue cost?

Wedding packages start at £7,260 inc. VAT for exclusive hire; private, corporate and studio bookings are quoted bespoke around your space, guest numbers, timings and requirements. Tell us your brief and we'll send a tailored quote within 24 hours.

Do we have to use
your suppliers?

Not at all. Bring your own caterer, DJ, florist, AV team or food truck — we operate with complete supplier freedom and integrate with your people. We can also share our trusted local network at preferential rates.

Can you host weddings
& civil ceremonies?

Yes — we're licensed for civil ceremonies, so you marry and celebrate in the same space with no need to move your guests. Ceremony, dining and dancing all under one roof.

Can I hire a studio
for a shoot?

Yes. Two infinity cove studios, a daylight lifestyle studio and a podcast & content suite — with drive-in access and 63-amp 3-phase power. Rates are based on a 09:00–18:00 shoot day, with overtime available.

How early can we
access for setup?

Early access can be arranged to suit you, with a loading bay and drive-in access for large production builds. We hold a late-night licence, and prep and de-rig time is built into every booking.

What if my plans
change after booking?

Pencil a date with no obligation, and we'll rework your package as plans firm up — guest numbers, layout, whatever you need. Refund terms are clearly set out in your booking, with no hidden cancellation fees.
